  • Caters for a range of floor live loads
    For building types included in AS/NZS 1170 (excluding storage floors) up to and including 5.0 kPa/9.0 kN.
  • Includes a floor joist calculator
    To allow consideration of actual load and support conditions for optimum design, web hole placement and specification of hangers.
  • Bearer calculator (similar to joist calculator)
    Allows for consideration of a wide range of load and support conditions.
  • Serviceability report
    Shows the estimated average deflection and the corresponding limit for the critical load case together with the permanent load deflection (where applicable).
  • Reaction report
    For each member, providing designers with the flexibility to detail connections using Timber Framing Standards and proprietary connections.
  • Reference to specific details
    Complete with installation guide for commercial, industrial and other heavily-loaded floors.
